Help application opening in a gba emulator

i accidentally open all .exe files in a GBA emulator.... HELP FOR THE LOVE OF GOD

First try using a system restore point, if that fails try the following:

Go to any .exe and hold shift and right click then open with then choose default programme and look for explorer.exe.

Or open the control panel then at top right hand corner type in default

(or Control Panel\Programs\Default Programs )

Then default programmes -> associate a file type or protocol with a programme -> search for explorer.exe .

If neither work, it would be easier to revert to a back up or a new windows install.
