Help, have lost Mango after hard reset and Zune says software is up to date 7740

Need Help: have got my wifes Mozart restored to factory settings after break screen repair and Zune will not update it to 7.5Mango, keeps giving message that your phone is up to date with 7740!!
about screen shows: 7.10.1140.16: Firm revision: 225.21.4600.061

any advice is appreciated on getting back to Mango, have tried all basic tricks like disconnecting brodband etc.

I'm having same problem with an old Focus.. Still no luck. Please let me know if you figure it out.

Any way to delete the phone from Zune so that you can start fresh?

That didn't work for me. I've re-installed and tried on two different computers. <sigh>
