Help How To Remove SIM

I'm on the phone with AT&T and they dont know the SIM number for one of my phones, how do you take it out?

The Lumia 900 came with a SIM Card ejector tool in the box. Plug that into the tiny hole at the top where the SIM Card tray is located. The tray will pop out and you will be able to access the SIM Card.

I go that far, but how do you actually get the sim card out of the dock?

Use the pin that came in your box, and prick it trough the hole right of the USB port.
The SIM # i on the box also, or you can fo to Settings>About> More info and it should shw both IMEI and SIM ID.

@HillBillJr Genius!, thanks... However this is amazing that they dont know how to activate these two phones i bought from them!
