Help! How to SW Update Unbranded Lumia 800?

I am getting an unbranded Lumia 800. Shall I update the SW first thing after switching it on? How do I update the SW? It looks like Nokia SW Updater does not work for Lumia 800.

I need help -- a LOT.

You have to install the Zune software on your PC then sync your Lumia with it. Zune will find and install all the available updates for you.

Thanks very much. I am getting my Lumia 800 (factory unlocked, US AT&T 3G, sealed ) tomorrow. Can't wait. Will post more questions soon.
