Windows Central Question

Alright. I am in the market for a new computer. And I have narrowed it down to 2 choices but I can't figure out if I should pick one over the other or go with something else.

System Requirements (What I need):

Screen: between 12" and 13" (touchscreen and a resolution of 1920x1080) = Don't want to deal with scaling issues
Weight: 3.5 lbs or under
Processor: Core i7 (Broadwell)
RAM: 8 GB
Storage: 256 GB
Ports: USB 3.0s, HDMI (If Possible), headphone Jack, etc.
Price: $1,300 or under

What I will be doing:

Programming/Writing Code (Visual Studio)
Video Editing (Adobe Premiere Pro)
PhotoShop

Which would be a better option HP Spectre x360 or Lenovo ThinkPad Yoga 12"? By the way: I have looked at the Dell XPS 13 (with the requirements that I need - it is out of my price range). Also, if there are any computers out there that fit the system requirements, please let me know.

I'm a sucker for ThinkPads so there's my two cents.

I'm on a tighter budget probably - you can get a Haswell ThinkPad Yoga 12 for maybe just over half that with a similar loadout.

If a touchscreen wasn't a concern, I'd suggest the Asus G46VW. My specs are circa 2012:

14" 1320x768 screen
Quad core Intel Core i5 3210M
8GB DDR3 RAM
750GB HDD @5400RPM
3x USB 3.0 ports
HDMI port
NVidia Geforce 660M (2GB VRAM)

All secondary prices have it selling at about $700-800. Screen options are improved since then. Same with the processor options.
