Help me Choose!

Basically I am phoneless, I've messed about with android and iPhone over the last 6 months, but I'm wanting to return to a Windows Phone when I get paid a week today. I have an Acer Aspire Switch 10 2 in 1 Tablet with Windows 10 and would like to buy a Windows Phone which comes with or can be upgraded to 10. I want my phone and tablet to Sync well and the experience to feel fluid and seamless as possible - ill probably end up with insider builds on both, I always do Any way I'm waiting out for the surface phone before I spend much money so id like to spend less than ?150 I don't mind buying a used phone. Can anybody help me choose the right phone for me? Thanks in advance.

The 650 is a great option, getting one for my younger brother. One of the best (if not the best) mid range phones for a low price. Includes Continuum as well. If not, the 640 is another great choice, and at the prices they are now, they're practically free!
