Help Me Find This Lock Screen

I have searched all over windows phone store, bing searches, and even replied to the owner of the post when I first saw this app. Hopefully someone can tell me what app was used to customize the lockscreen.

The app to create the background is called "blur" (it's not an actual view of the live home screen), and the weather etc is Lock Widgets 8. Both apps by jaxbot (on the store: windowsphonehacker). have fun with it

hi, welcome to WPC, this started as a homescreen screenshot, blurred in an image manipulation app, set as a lockscreen. It was a"thing" around here a while ago

Hey man, sorry I didn't see your reply in the thread

Anyway, that is my lockscreen, and, as mentioned above, the LockWidgets app is what I used for the weather/battery. For the image I used a screenshot of my start screen, then this app

I maxed out the blur slider.
