Help me identify my Lumia 1020

Hello, all.

I picked up an "unlocked" Lumia 1020 from Craigslist for $200 with the camera grip. I never thought to ask, but it turns out that this 1020 is not an ATT unlocked model, but something else. Can you please help me identify this model? I am attaching a few pictures that may help.

I am assuming the best speed I am going to get is HSPA?
Can it be re-flashed with a US RO?
Will I still be able to download all my apps and get updates for the OS?
Is the only thing I am missing LTE capabilities?

For $200, I am not too upset, but I want to be sure I am not missing anything with this version.

Any help is appreciated.

It's the China Unicom variant of the Lumia 1020. As far as I'm aware, it should have LTE capability.
