Hey guys help me chose between Nexus 5, Xperia Z, Lumia 730 and Nexus 4 ... Or suggest mr in the range

Don't get Xperia Z or Nexus 4, they are too old now, and surely they will stop being supported soon.

Though I'm a Lumia ****** and I would get a 730 myself, I recommend getting a Nexus 5. But hey! Nexus 5 and Lumia 730 are not at the same price range, are they?

Try getting the Lumia 735.

No one can help you with that. You have to see which phones best meet your budget and needs and which things you are willing to comprise on to get the features you need and want. Once that is one, picking a phone will be easy.
