i just changed to virgin media phone network on my lumia 920 and when i go into the app store i can't pay for apps with my top up, i am on pay as you go and before while i was on orange network i was able to buy apps and games using my phone credit, anyone know why this is happening?

Sounds like Virgin doesn't support carrier billing.
