[Help] My first smartphone is due.

I am sixteen and my first mobile phone is due. My Mom has a Lumia 630 which I really love. Now I am interested in the Lumia 650. But unfortunately, the price in India is out of my budget. Thus I am considering Moto G3. Should I really buy the G3 or stick with my love for the Windows platform and buy the Lumia 650?
