Help! My L720 bricked!

I have L720, yesterday I've charge my phone but when It's booting it stuck at Nokia logo and restart again to Nokia logo. I did to hard reset them but zero result and reflashing with Nokia Software Updater for Retail still won't work, still stuck.

I think the problem caused by damaged USB cable on charger, is it right? I want to touch to Nokia Care Center

Oh yeah, my phone reverted to WP8 GDR3. Should I do not upgrade to WP8.1 Preview?

Glad your phone is working fine now on windows phone 8.0. If you are OK and are comfortable with issues people are having with windows phone 8.1 , you may update it else wait for cyan update which includes windows phone 8.1 update as well.
