Hi all,
after updating to windows 10 mobile (or maybe its something windows phone related i am not sure), the phone seems to be unable to identify incoming calls from my contacts if i saved their number with the +*** country code before their number.
example:
if Sam, who is one of my contacts, and i have his number saved as (+123 - 123 123 123) or (00123 - 123 123 123 ) calls me, and we both live in the same company, then the caller ID the network provider will give me is (123 123 123) without the +123. and the phone does not show me the contacts name and picture.
I have never encountered such issue, as i remember there was something called International Assist. i cant find this settings.
Am i alone in this? and is there a way around this?
bare in mind i have to save the number with the country code as i travel and need to call people internationally frequently.
thank you for you help
