I have two issues with the phone.
1) when I call to someone,we both couldn't hear the voice but when I change the sim to the sim1 slot I could hear the voice.
2) I couldn't access to WhatsApp and wechat over mobile data but I could access them by using wifi.
I'm frustrated by these issues.
I'm new to windows please help me to get rid of these issues.
