Help!! Parent account needed to log in

My phone is asking me to accept the new terms of use but I cant do it because i have to login as a parent and i have no idea what the parent email is. Can anyone help??? ASAP!!!!!

You will need to get it from your parents if you are under 18.

Reset your mobile , make a new live account but with age above 21 , problem solved

No need to reset. Just change your age to above 21 years in the Live account. Switch off and switch on the device. That's it.

Just visit this page, after logging-in into your Live account, and change your DOB.:smile:
