Help please!!

Just got a HTC Trophy..plugged it in to my computer and says I have a software update. I click update and I keep getting the error code "801811A3 ". I clicked the help button and it doesnt really tell me much. Suggestions? Thanks.

Do a search. Might have to do with the drivers. When I updated my trophy to mango I got an error. I searched it and found it was driver related for the phone. I found a site that gave instructions on correcting the problem.

If nothing works you can reset your phone and start over.
