[Help] Unable to connect to Viber desktop?

I have viber account on my cellphone,and I want run viber on my pc,but when I enter my phone number I see this message "an internet connection is required to acctive your viber account.check your connection and try again",even I have internet connection.
I've useی viber, befor I change my windows...I use windows 7
