[Help] Unable to signout of my outlook acct on my WP8?

outlook does not allow me to signin from my lap top until i signout of my phone???

? That shouldn't be the case. You're able to sign in anywhere with different devices. Do you have any two factor authentication on? Also, you can't sign out of outlook on your windows phone unless you hard reset.
