[Help] Upload .xap to windows phone Store

my lecture gave me some project and I must upload my project (.xap) to windows phone store, but i didnt have developer account. the website says that it cost $20 to create developer account and must have visa card. i am student so i havent visa card to pay it.

can anyone help me to upload my .xap to windows phone. I am very grateful for your help

nb : size of .xap = 13MB.

I can help you if you want, but i think you can borrow your parents VISA so you will have your app in your own account, thats the best way i think.
