Help with Live Tile and Facebook

OK...I go into Verizon today and they help me change my profile pic in my Live Tile. I deleted 2 Facebook app's I was using. I just bought a Facebook app.
My Live Tile profile Pic just changed back to what it was? Its an old Facebook profile pic I do not use. Help?

also - this new FB app (by kajaniszewski)I just spent .99c sucks. Is there an actual Facebook that gives you Notifications because there is Not one FB app I have tried or used that has given me any notifications? Its useless to have FB on Windows Phone.

Help...Oh - Twitter does the same too - No notifications.

Tap your me tile, then tap your picture inside the me tile, then tap the picture to choose a new one and tick all boxes in 'Post to'. The me tile gives notifications and the Microsoft facebook app gives them sometimes, it's flakey.

Ya, did that, done that - many times..... It changed back to the picture I do not want. why on earth would it do that?

An now, that I have wasted .99C on this FB app, I went back in and downloaded Facebook Beta. My FB Cover Photo Photo does not display when I have the tile enlarged. No notifications.
Is there an issue with my phone? Because I've had it up to here with it for 2 app's. Facebook and Twitter! I just want it to work like it should.

I'm looking for a fix!
