Help with WhatsApp

I?m unable to use WhatsApp anymore after reinstalling the firmware on my L1520. When I start the app I get the following error message. ?Confirmation - You have requested your code too many times. Please contact customer support for assistance.?
I have contacted customer support but have had no reply from them whatsoever.
And I think it maybe a problem with my L1520 as I have three sims with the same number, (nano-L1520, micro-Galaxy Note 3, and an unused full size sim) and I still manage to send and receive WhatsApp messages on my Galaxy Note 3.
Any help appreciated.

Did you check alle the 3 sims for the SMS?

Yes I've been checking the both phones but still have not received anything help from. WhatsApp is working the microsim on the Note 3.

Resolved. Whatsapp was reset and is now back in working mode.
