I am from India, using the lumia 540 for 3 months now. I have updated to windows 10 and Cortana works like magic. Can you please tell me how to activate 'hello cortana' feature in my lumia ?

Hey Cortana will unfortunately not work on your phone. It is a hardware limitation at the CPU/motherboard level.
