I have just joined the forum as I need help with my Lumia 640xl.
I have been a windows fan for a good few years now. Most of the time I have been using a Lumia 535 and never had a problem.
I decided to get the 640xl as it has a bigger screen and all was well until I put it on charge one day. I wnet back a whiole after and pulled out my lead and the phone did not react as it usually did. I tried to switch it on but it has been dead ever since even after trying soft and hard resets and using the WDRT, which does not even connect with my phone.
The phone will not start, has a black screen and no display at all.
I have tried all the ideas I could find on this site to no avail so looking for some help with this problem
Has anyone got the slightest idea what is wrong and how I can revive my phone please?
