Joined whilst looking for information regarding windows 8.1 update for my Nokia 920 (not looking good at the moment) and now looking at upgrading to the 930 (still undecided on this).

Greetings. Went from a 925 to 930, haven't looked back. Join the Preview Program (if you like it on the edge), and you'll get the latest updates/upgrades prior to ordinary versions of the OS. Good luck!

The 920 was my first Windows phone and the UI was so intuitive and looked so much better than the rivals, was the reason I bought it. Had it two years now and love the connectivity with other windows devices. Haggled big time but I have just to today upgraded to the 930.

Welcome! The 920 is a fantastic device. I had one as my first WP8 phone, then moved up to a 1020 (had two of them actually) and now upgraded to a 1520... which is the same exact tech/internals as the 930/Icon. Just go ahead and upgrade... You'll be happy you did! You won't be disappointed with the 930.
