I seen in on of my friends Microsoft Lumia 535 the navigation bar had a down ⬇ arrow which hides the bar.. Is it possible with my Lumia 630

Yes it is. Go to Settings, Navigation bar, and disable "swipe to hide navigation bar". This way you won't be able to hide the bar by swiping but by tapping the down arrow.

I don't think you answered OP's question at all.

OP:
On the 630, you cannot hide the navigation bar, not in Windows Phone 8.1 at least.

Videos played by the Files app can hide the bar, but I havent seen it anywhere else.
The screen was stretched to be a bit taller, the space the bar takes up is dedicated to the bar itself, hiding it may result in just awkward black space since apps may or may not know how to deal with the additional space. (whereas the 730 uses a standard resolution and the bar encroaches on that. Hiding it may be necessary for some things to display properly I believe.)
