Hissing sound when camera is on

Just noticed today when I was in a quiet room - whenever the camera is in use/on I can hear what sounds like a faint fan-like hum/hiss coming from the camera. Phone's about six months old.

Is this normal?

Don't worry about it yes its perfectly normal ,its the ois image stabilization
