Horrible horrible lag - Music Player.

What the hell is wrong with my Music player with 8.1? It lags soooo bad..takes almost a minute to open...and then another minute to browse through any artist..genre..albums..sorry to say but feels like an Android app..

Also..why isn't my artist showing on the Lock screen?
