Hotmail Account wont update on 8.1.

Have the developer preview and no problems with previous updates on 820 3 UK. Can download new on today but wont install. Reset time and date and tried to manual sync microsoft account. Though hotmail is up to date it say Not up to date or needs attention. Any help getting very frustrated with this.
