Hotmail slow sync

Hi, I'm noticing that the sync of my hotmail account is very slow. I have an Gmail account and the synchronization is very fast. Is this a problem, or some adjustment under settings?

I'm having the same problem and would love to know what the problem is.

I've found that even when I try to manually sync in the Mail app, often nothing happens.
