How to add video to a forum post

How do I add a short video to a forum? I have a problem with my phone and wanted any potential helpers to view the posted video and hopefully assist me.

You need a host. You can't upload straight from your PC.

OneDrive is a solution, but make a separate folder. If you share a link to a file, everything in that folder can be seen.

If you want to embed the video, you need a video host like YouTube. Personally, I use Dailymotion as there are no Google Bots sniffing the files and traffic there.

Make the video, make sure it is mp4 format and upload to your host. Then drop a link or embed.
