How can i backup my apps?

I am using L640 XL and i want to hard reset my phone but i want to backup my apps and games. How can i do that please suggest me.

WM10 has the ability to back up your apps however this appears to have been changed to participating apps (in build .164) and games only to cloud, WP8.x no go unfortunately unless the apps / games support cloud sync via onedrive or xbox live.

On WM10 If you go to update and security -> back up -> enable back up for participating apps (you can click on more options to find tune your back up list).

But it not backup the full app. It only backup the dada.
