How can I be Connected to a WiFi network but still have no internet access (Lumia 820)?

"Connected" to WiFi network but no internet access (Lumia 820)

I'm connected to my home router, and as far as my Lumia 820 is concerned it is connected (no error message like "limited connectivity" or "no internet access"), but the phone doesn't seem to be able to get any internet access at all. If I turn off my 4G I can't load a webpage in IE, and any apps what require internet access say that they cannot connect.

I have checked my router settings and it says that the phone is connected with no issues, so I reckon there has to be a connection problem somewhere between the phone and the network, but I'm at a loss to find out where and how. I have performed a soft reset but that hasn't changed anything, and the phone can connect to other WiFi hotspots.

Any suggestions welcome.

What you could try is to delete the network on your phone. Settings>Wifi>manage >delete the network under know networks.
And add it again.
Another thing you could try is reset your router (switch I off for 10-20 seconds).

Thanks for the suggestions. Turns out it was a router problem which was (eventually) fixed by restoring it to factory settings.
