How can I copy my games of xbox 360 to xbox one??

Is it possible to copy over the network ??

I don't think it is possible as they are downloaded to your 360. The only thing to do would be to use the 360 discs for the ones that are compatibile with Xbox One backwards compatibility to install them on to the Xbox One.
