How can I delete a local account?

delete a local account

I'm the administrator but the account I'm logged in on is my personal local account. Can't see to get the the page that lets me manage other accounts.

Control panel: Open Control Panel (small icons view), and click on the User Accounts option. Click on Manage another account link. Click Yes if prompted by UAC. Click on the Account name which you want to delete
