How can i disable the camera button?

more detail? its the button on the left side on the phone. The one that opens the camera app. Please tell me there is a way to diable it.

You can't.
You can make it less prone to accidentally waking the phone in your pocket, but otherwise nope.

Perhaps you can break it or get a device without it.

Quite a few of the newer phones don't have camera buttons. If you were to spend money, I'm sure you can get a phone without the button at all. Perhaps there is someone wanting a camera button willing to trade?
