I am having the same issue after updating to Windows 10 mobile version 10512. Access Point error and then when trying to access the store I get the "Check your connection, All fixed?" message. Cannot access the store...

Same error code can't do anything without wifi I'm using the Lumia 640 Microsoft support was no help
