How can I fix a problem in opening the store and some apps in Windows 10 build 10162?

Problem in opening the store and some apps in Windows 10 build 10162.

I have installed the windows 10 insider build 10162 on my PC but the Store and Phone Campanion apps are not opening.

I have the same problem--I can't open any of the taskbar icons--now it says evaluation copy
