How can I fix Driver_irql_not_less_or_equal (iaStorA.sys)?

Driver_irql_not_less_or_equal (iaStorA.sys)

My PC does not reboot. I get the message:
"Your PC ran into a problem and need to restart, we will restart it for you. Driver_irql_not_less_or_equal (iaStorA.sys)".
But it never actually restarts and keeps rebooting and displaying this same message.

Unfortunately it looks like you will need to reinstall the o/s, speaking of o/s which one are you using?
