How can I get another person to be able to access my OneDrive account?

I want another person to be able to access my OneDrive account

IUp to now I have the other person sharing the documents the documents in my account. However I am constantly updating these documents and each time I do I have to use the share button which requires sending an email. I want the other person to be able to enter my Account independently and see the changes I have made to the documents.

Just share the folder with them rather than just the file. That's what I do. They need to accept the share and add it to their own OneDrive.

Be sure to share the top level folder of a directory rather than just each folder independently that way you cover everything.

Also ensure they can Edit. There's a pull down when you're doing the share.
