How can I get Hello to work on my Dual Sim Lumia 950?

Hello does not work, Lumia 950 Dual Sim

Hello, my hello doesn't work at all. Not even when unboxed.
When I start scanning, red light comes up in the right upper corner and after one or two seconds I'll get a message "oops, something went wrong, try again later"

I have granted rights for the camera, but it doesn't help.
Newest available updates are installed. Should I go hard reset maybe?
Any other tips, anyone?

I have to same issue.

Im trying to set up the Iris option in Windows hello (Beta) and it comes up with an error every time ? I go to sign in options, then go to the Iris set up, then to get startd, then enter pin which I have set up, push next, every otime it says: Sorry smething wentwrong, close Windows Hello, then try going through setup again. It seems to be scanning my Iris every time before this error message comes up. How can I fix this??

Did you hit the toggle that's says, automatically unlock screen if it recognizes your iris?

I had this very problem with my second Lumia 950DS. After 5 days, the red light stopped turning on when trying to unlock the phone. When I went to 'improve recognition', I got the same 'oops' error and it would quit. Sometimes the light would turn on for a second and turn off, other times it never turned on. Quite randomly it would start working but only briefly.
After a hard reset, WDRT recovery and updating to the Dec. Firmware, I was not able to restore the Iris scanner functionality. The local MS store was quite accommodating and replaced my phone. It was a hardware issue I guess.
