How can I get my Nokia 520 working again?

Nokia 520 power off does not help

I tried to power off, the people tab not opening the contact tab. but no luck. Is it a fault of the windows or the phone or the carrier?

What version of OS are you using? Or is this the same question you asked a bit ago worded slightly differently?

Not sure of OS, it will not update also, no display when I hit the tab, just bounces back like the people tab.
Testy little devil.My feedback to Nokia would not be nice...poor rating...windows not too good also. But
no ones perfect.Found it ,win 8.0:unhappy:
