Windows 10 desktop loading loop.
I upgraded from Windows7 Pro to Windows 10. The opening screen with the date and time are fine; the sign-on window is fine. However, the desktop window gets stuck in a loop. The folders appear, populate, then disappear. Then it repeats this over and over. I can't go anywhere past this. Any suggestions?
