How can I get my Xbox music working?

Xbox music not working!!!

When I open xbox music app it doesn't show artists, albums etc. When I try to play a song it doesn't start, it shows a black screen!!! What should i doo?

I also have this problem, have asked on this site & other websites without any answers to why this happened. Hope you have better luck!

Also I found different music player in store so could listen to my music again. I kinda wonder if loss of Xbox music has to do with the upcoming 10 release, not certain but think will become groove then instead of Xbox music. I may be totally wrong tho

I'm having the same problem. It hasn't worked in a couple of days.

I'm able to listen to it if I play it through Cortana though.

Glad to hear that I'm not the only one. I messed with this the other day for the better part of thirty minutes trying to get it resolved. It only started after the new update to the Xbox. All my logins and other user specific info was gone.
