How can I get the Band to recognize or use the VIP List?

I have added emails to the VIP list but I continue to get all emails. Does anyone know the fix for this? I have unregistered and reset the device multiple times without any luck.

I would suggest removing the Mail Tile from your Band and sync with Health. Then set up your VIP list and add the Mail Tile back to Band and sync.

See if that helps.

Maybe a factory reset in between?
