How can I get the file name of my pictures on the picture?

When my pictures come up as a screen saver I used to get the file name on the picture. As they come up randomly I would like to know the file name.

Are you using Windows 10? It appears that they have eliminated some of the settings that screen savers used to use. Screen Savers are being deprecated, as Windows 8.x/10 use a more energy efficient setting and just turn off the display to save electricity.
