Hi, I have WP Lumia 520 with 512mb Ram with 8.1 OS
How can i increase my RAM Capacity to 1gb?
is it possible for my phone

I'm afraid you're stuck at 512. You can't upgrade the RAM on any phone.

Buy a 525 or other phone with 1 GB of RAM.
