How can I install any MS app on my Nokia Lumia 635 but from my Win10 Laptop?

Hi there,
I guess I've got some developer skills or at least I can follow instructions.

For some reason, even though I can browse webpages on internet w/ my Nokia Lumia 635, Windows Phone 8.1; yet I cannot connect w/ Microsoft Store... So, I cannot download or install any app. from MS

On the other hand, I've got Windows 10 on my laptop, by means of which I can access MS and download and install pretty much any app.

What I'm looking forward to is installing .pdf reader app on my Nokia Lumia 635 from Win10 laptop... I mean, if possible.

I wish I could have "Files" installed but I don't have it.

Support for Windows Phone 8.1 ended on July 11, 2017 and the store closed Dec 19 last year.
There is no way to add apps to an 8.1 phone.
635, two versions, 500mb and 1GB memory. The 1GB memory version can be updated to Win 10
