1. Go to XDA Developers if you're interested in jailbreaking for tweaking and experimental purposes. They do the more advanced stuff over there.

2. We do not discuss piracy here, and jailbreaking =/= piracy. There isn't much of a cracked app scene either. You're on your own in that regard.
