How can i launch normal internet explorer not the app

for work, my website will only run on the normal internet explorer but my system updated and will not show up with the app (it never has been able to)
When i used internet explorer not on the app it worked just fine, but i have forgotten how to launch that

Type in search Internet Explorer. You can access it from Microsoft Edge too, click on 3 dots on upper right corner and chose Open in Internet Explorer.
