How can I move back my recorded videos to camera roll from the default folder of moliplayer?

i accidentally move my recorded videos to the default folder of moliplayer, i tried to move it back to my camera roll or my sd card but it wont work.

Connect your phone to the pc and find the files and move them back to the camera roll
